Bullyproof, every class

Our Bullyproof system builds a kid's confidence in themselves and in their ability to walk away. Every day we teach traditional techniques as tools to keep a safe distance from someone who wants trouble.

  • Confidence that shows up at school, not just on the mat.
  • Focus and listening. Kids learn to pay attention to the details.
  • Discipline and respect for coaches, parents, and teammates.
  • Fitness and friends. An hour off screens with kids who become buddies.

Stripes they have to earn

Kids need a goal they can see, so our kids program uses stripes on the armband. A new student gets their white armband once they've settled in, then gets evaluated for a first stripe around two months in.

Stripes aren't handed out on a calendar. Kids earn them by showing effort and knowing their technique. When they finally test for their blue armband, the whole gym celebrates, and they will not stop talking about it at dinner.

Questions parents ask us

Is Muay Thai safe for kids?

Yes. Kids train by age group with coaches watching every rep. Beginner competitions and development events use no head contact, and competing is never required.

Will this make my kid more aggressive?

The opposite. Our Bullyproof training teaches kids to stay calm, keep a safe distance, and walk away. Respect and discipline come first, every class.

What ages do you teach?

Littles are ages 6 to 11 and Juniors are ages 10 to 13. Kids who are 10 or 11 can start in either, and we'll help you pick. Saturday morning is an all-ages kids class.

What should my kid bring?

Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. We'll have gloves for the first class. Come about 10 minutes early so they can meet their coach.

Can I watch?

Of course. Parents are welcome to watch the first class, and most do.

How much does it cost?

The first class is free. Afterward we'll walk you through membership options and find what fits your family's schedule.
